Eligibility for Returns
Products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The product is returned in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, and included components are returned with the item.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is provided.
Returns requested after the return period may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Products that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery.
- Electrical or electronic components that have been opened, installed, or tested.
- Special-order, custom-made, or personalized products.
- Clearance, sale, or final-sale items unless defective.
- Products returned without original packaging or missing components.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective upon arrival
- Incorrectly supplied
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the issue.
After verification, Dunes Core will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.
Return Process
To request a return:
- Contact our customer support team.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions.
- Securely package the item and ship it to the designated return address.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
Eligible products may be exchanged for:
- The same item (if defective or damaged)
- A replacement product of equal value, subject to availability
Additional charges may apply if exchanging for a higher-value item.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, defective, or damaged.
- Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the standard return process will apply.
Limitation of Liability
